CSI offers new and used car dealers an opportunity to locate and
retrieve vehicles that were originally released to a customer wherein
the dealership assumed that all financing was in order and that the
loan would be purchased by a finance company; however, the deal was
not purchased by a finance company, the customer refused to comply
with the stipulations or the customer can’t be located or has refused
all attempts to voluntarily return the vehicle to the dealership.

Getting your
vehicle back on your lot for re-sale or having the customer comply
with the stipulations as requested by the finance company are our top
priorities.
When you assign a case to our office, we “conduct an investigation”
and locate the buyer and the vehicle. We deal with them in a
professional manner and usually find that they are willing to
cooperate with our staff. If required, a licensed repossession
company is summoned to the scene at the appropriate time to take
possession of the vehicle and return it to the dealer. We have found
that less than 3% of our cases require a repossession company to
become involved.
