48 hours of the receipt of a new assignment.

• Extended travel at $37.00 per hour and $0.42 per mile.
• Lodging, if required, is billed at actual cost plus $35.00 per diem / per night when incurred.
• Tolls and parking are billed at actual cost.
• Photos at $2.00 each.
• Audiotapes at $15.00 each additional copy.
• Videotapes at $25.00 each additional copy.
• Documents / Public Records copies at actual cost.
• Database research - cost varies.
• Transcription of recorded statements at $4.50 per page and are certified by a licensed CSR who is on our staff.
