C.S.I.’s flat rate includes documenting a Claimant’s daily activities through the use of discrete videotaping using state-of-the-art digital video cameras. 

Our flat rate includes 8 hours of on-site surveillance, up to 2 hours of travel, a professional report, the delivery of digital video evidence, photographs and a detailed report; all submitted on CD ROM.

To enhance results and to assist in Claimant verification, C.S.I. conducts a pre-surveillance investigation on each case at a charge of $35.00 per assignment.

Surveillance - $650 per day

• Extended travel at $37.00 per hour and $0.42 per mile.
• Lodging, if required, is billed at actual cost plus $35.00 per diem / per night when incurred.
• Tolls and parking are billed at actual cost.
• Additional surveillance hours are billed at $62.00 per hour.
